Knightsbridge Property Services Ltd (KPS) was formed in 1985 and is now a well-established presence throughout London and South East England.

We employ a full time staff comprising of general builders, roofers, carpenters and joiners, electricians, plumbers, heating & drainage, air-conditioning & refrigeration engineers, backed by an established team of customer service co-ordinators on our Helpdesk and dedicated Division Managers with specialist knowledge.

• KPS are members of the FMB (Federation of Master Builders), The National Federation of Roofing Contractors, CORGI, NICEIC and Institute of Plumbing.
• We also belong to the CITB which helps us to maintain all our training requirements.
• Health & Safety at work is given prime consideration so KPS are accredited contractors with SAFEcontractor, constructionline and CHAS.
• We are VAT registered - a company that aren’t may leave you with little or no redress in the event of problems.
• Our Public liability Insurance is rated at £10m.
